Daily Activities & Weekly Themes
Each day at camp is packed with adventure. Campers have access to all of Adventure Park USA’s attractions, including the arcade, bowling, laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, and other outdoor experiences. Daily programming also includes hands-on activities and structured games that align with our weekly themes.
Every week features a Water Play Day and an exciting Field Day in our large outdoor play space, along with time in two indoor classrooms for crafts, group activities, and structured learning.
This balance of attractions, outdoor play, and intentional programming creates a fun, safe, and well-rounded camp experience.

Welcome to Camp Adventure
Camp Overview
Camp Adventure is a day camp for ages 5-13 years old. It is designed to combine exciting attractions with structured, age-appropriate activities. To ensure the best experience for every camper, children are grouped by grade levels, allowing staff to tailor activities, expectations, and supervision to each group’s level. Each group follows a daily schedule that balances park attractions, hands-on activities, outdoor play, and themed group games.
With access to all of Adventure Park USA’s attractions, two indoor classrooms, and a large outdoor space, Camp Adventure offers a safe, engaging environment where campers can explore, grow, and make unforgettable summer memories.
Daily Park Access Includes:
Park attractions like go-karts, coasters, and mini-golf
Indoor activities like laser tag, arcade play, and ropes course
Park-wide games and structured group activities
Before Camp Requirments
To ensure a safe, smooth, and successful start to the summer, families must complete the following prior to their child’s first day of camp. All required forms and payments must be submitted by the stated deadlines.
Required Health Forms
Each camper must have a completed and up-to-date health record on file before attending camp. This includes:
Child Health Assessment form
Emergency contact information
Permission Slips
Health forms must be submitted before the first day of camp. Campers may not attend until all required documentation is received and approved.
Deposits & Tuition
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your child’s camp enrollment. Deposits are applied toward your total camp tuition.
Registration is not complete until the deposit is paid
Remaining balances must be paid by the published due date
Camp spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in loss of the reserved spot.
Allergy Information
The safety of our campers is a top priority. Families must disclose all allergies, including but not limited to:
Food allergies
Environmental allergies
Insect or medication allergies
Allergy information must be clearly documented on the health forms. Parents of children with severe allergies must submit an allergy action plan form.
Medication Authorization
If your child requires medication during the camp day, a Medication Authorization Form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
Please note:
All medications must be in their original, labeled containers
Medication must be handed directly to the camp ADMIN, not sent in backpacks
Camp Admins are only permitted to administer medication with proper authorization
Children may not receive medication at camp without completed documentation.
Final Checklist Before Camp
Before your child’s first day, please confirm that:

Water Play Days
Each week, campers will enjoy a Water Play Day as part of our summer fun! On Water Play Days, please have your child arrive at camp wearing their swimsuit. Camp staff will assist campers with changing into dry clothes once water play is complete.
Please send the following items labeled with your child’s name:
Swimsuit (worn to camp)
Swim shoes or water shoes (optional)
Towel
Plastic bag for wet clothing
A full change of dry clothes
Pick Up & Drop Off
Arrival & Departure Procedures
Pick up and drop off for regular camp hours will take place under the tents outside. The tents are located on the right-hand side of Adventure Park USA. You will drive through the gravel lot and meet us at the hill.
Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM; campers must be signed in with staff.
Pick-up is at 4:00 PM
Extended care pick-up is inside the childcare area.
In the event of bad weather, we will send out messages to families with instructions.
Snacks & Lunch
Lunch
Campers should bring a packed lunch from home each day, unless they have pre-registered to purchase lunch from White’s Stop. Lunch purchases are not available without prior registration.
Children who bring lunch from home will place their lunch into our designated camp coolers, where meals are kept cold until lunchtime.
Snacks
For campers enrolled in extended care, a morning snack and an afternoon snack are provided by us.
Campers attending regular day camp may purchase snacks during the day. Children choosing to purchase snacks must bring cash from home.
Please note:
Camp Adventure is not responsible for lost or missing cash.
Snack money must be placed in a labeled Ziploc bag clearly marked “Snack Money” with your child’s name.
As a special daily treat, popsicles will be provided to every camper each day

What are the camp hours?
Standard Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Extended care must be selected during registration.
Do you offer Water Play Days?
Yes! We host Water Play Day every week. Campers should arrive wearing their swimsuit and bring a towel, plastic bag for wet clothes, a change of dry clothes, and optional swim shoes.
How does lunch work?
Campers may either:
Bring a packed lunch from home, or
Purchase lunch from White’s Stop with prior registration
Packed lunches are stored in camp coolers and kept cold until mealtime.
Are snacks provided?
Extended care campers receive a morning and afternoon snack.
Regular day campers may purchase snacks and must bring cash.
Snack money must be in a labeled Ziploc bag marked “Snack Money.” Camp Adventure is not responsible for lost cash. Popsicles are provided daily to all campers.
Can my child bring money to camp?

How are allergies and medications handled?
All allergies must be disclosed on health forms. Medication requires a completed Medication Authorization Form and must be provided in its original, labeled container. Medications are given only by trained staff.
What if my child is sick?
Children who are ill should remain home. Camp follows health and illness policies to protect the safety of all campers.
Who supervises the campers?
Campers are supervised at all times by trained background checked staff who follow strict safety protocols during park attractions, activities, and transitions.
How will I receive camp updates?
Families will receive important announcements and reminders through email and/or text.

Arrival & Departure at Camp
Here’s some important information that you need to know about arrivals and departures at Camp Adventure:
Arrival/Morning Drop-Off Times:
Campers can be dropped off beginning at 8:45am. Our camp day will begin at 9:00am each morning.
Departure/Afternoon Pick-Up Times:
Campers can be picked up at 4:00 pm
Arrival & Departure Procedures:
Upon arrival, the Camp Director will greet you, help you sign your child(ren) in and find their groups.
When picking up in the afternoon, please follow the same directions as in the morning and the Camp Director will call for your child.
Extended Care
If your child is participating in extended care, we are open 7:00am-6:00pm. Drop off and pick up should be done inside the Adventure Park USA building.
Parents should use the doorbell to gain access to the building in the morning.
Afternoon pick-up will be upstairs in our school-age room.
